Interface Global Corporation Pte. Ltd. (AsiaTradeMart) is the sole owner of the information collected on our web sites. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We collect information from our users through the web sites only on our registration forms.

This Privacy Policy regulates your interaction with AsiaTradeMart's web sites, and your registration for and use of AsiaTradeMart's customized online services. Except as stated within this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use and other published guiding principles, we do not use personally identifiable information about our members and visitors without their permission.

In order to use certain portions of AsiaTradeMart's web sites, such as the ePDA system, a user must first complete the member registration form. During registration a user is required to give his/her contact information (such as name, email address and street address). This information is used to contact the user about web site services, as well as for the reference or business purposes of potential business contacts. Certain information on the registration form is optional (such as company name), but is encouraged in order to maximize the business-to-business (B2B) functions of the web sites.

Supplier information made available to AsiaTradeMart's web sites is for public use. Buyer contact information, with the buyer's permission, will be shared with other registered members of AsiaTradeMart's web sites. The buyer gives his/her permission after reading the Terms of Use and choosing "I Accept" at the bottom of the registration form. If a user wishes to become a member of any of AsiaTradeMart's web sites, but does not wish to share contact information with other users of the sites, then he/she can opt out of this function by changing his/her settings in the ePDA system under the heading of "Preferences". It is the user's responsibility to change such settings.

Additionally, AsiaTradeMart, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate, without warning, any user's account, particularly if the user breaches any of the Terms of Use or is found to be using the services AsiaTradeMart provides for purposes other than which they were intended.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on AsiaTradeMart web sites. Once the user closes his/her browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on one of AsiaTradeMart's sites, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on the site. If a user rejects the cookie, he/she may still use AsiaTradeMart's web sites. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our sites. Some of our business partners may use cookies on our sites (for example, advertisers). However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our sites, track users'| movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing necessary services.

"AsiaTradeMart' "web sites contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we, AsiaTradeMart, are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our sites and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by "AsiaTradeMart's" web sites.

"AsiaTradeMart's"web sites take every precaution to protect users'information. However, please note that two of the main purposes of "AsiaTradeMart's" web sites are to create new business contacts and facilitate global trade. Therefore, we encourage users to share their business contact information and profiles with other users.

We send all new members a confirmation letter via email to verify registration with AsiaTradeMart. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see our choice and opt-out below.

We also send the user site and service announcement updates. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email.

If a "user's" personally identifiable information changes (such as the "user's" company name), or if a user no longer desires our services, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that "user's" personal data provided to us. To revise personal profile information, members can access the Preferences section of the ePDA system on our web sites. To remove personal data provided to AsiaTradeMart through one of our web sites, please email our Customer Service at service@asiatrademart.com.

Our users are given the opportunity to"opt-out?" of having their personal/business information shared with other users. Opting out is the responsibility of the user. For example, following log-in, a user can go to the ePDA system on our sites, and under the heading of "Preferences" can set his/her choices accordingly.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our AsiaTradeMart home page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

In order to be sure that you are familiar with the most recent version of this Privacy Policy, you should review it from time to time. We evaluate our statement periodically, and may make changes from time to time.
