Q1 Why should I register as a member?

While you can search our databases or read the latest industry news without registering as an AsiaTradeMart member, you will not be able to take advantage of the valuable, FREE benefits of being a member.

As a registered member, you can use our specially developed ePDA system of online trading management tools to develop a custom account. With ePDA, you can maintain a trading contact list, bookmark products of interest from company web pages, or use your complimentary email account to send inquiries or request information from suppliers.

As an AsiaTradeMart member, you can also choose to receive our free Email Update service, which will keep you informed when new products, suppliers or news articles are added to your chosen categories of interest. The Email Update service will also inform you from time to time when new member benefits are added to AsiaTradeMart's services.

Q2 Do you charge for membership?

Buyer membership is free. For details about buyer membership benefits, please click here.

Suppliers can choose from three membership types' Basic (free), Standard and Green levels. For details about supplier membership benefits, please click here.

Q3 How can I register as a member?

Registering as an AsiaTradeMart member is easy. Buyers can simply complete our online registration form, choose an online community, and start enjoying membership benefits right away.

For the Basic (free) membership level, suppliers can also simply use our online registration form. If a supplier wishes to select a higher membership level, then he/she should contact us at service@asiatrademart.com for the latest membership package details and pricing.

Q4 Why should I become an online member if I already subscribe to Trade Winds' print publications?

While Trade Winds' print publications provide extensive supplier and product information, online membership offers several additional benefits, such as a complimentary email account for immediate inquiry communications, a powerful search engine to help you locate information quickly, and up-to-date market news and information in each industry portal. As an online member, you can also choose to receive our free Email Update service, which will keep you informed interest.

Q5 Do I need different log-in IDs and passwords to enter each AsiaTradeMart community?

No. You only have to register as an AsiaTradeMart member one time. A single log-in ID and password combination will gain you access to all of AsiaTradeMart's community portals.

Q6 What should I do if I am having trouble signing in?

If you are having trouble signing in to one of our portals, first check to make sure that you have entered your log-in ID and password correctly. If you are still having difficulty signing in, please contact us at service@asiatrademart.com. Our professional customer service group will help you solve the problem.

Q7 What should I do if I forget my password?

If you can remember your log-in ID, but cannot recall your password, click the Forgot Your Password? link (located below the log-in box on the main page of each industry portal). From there, follow the online prompts, which will lead you through a few simple steps to obtain a new password.

Q8 How can I promote my products online?

The best way to promote your products online is to become a supplier member of AsiaTradeMart. There are three supplier membership types available, so you can choose the level that best suits your needs. Read more about supplier membership.

Q9 How will my products be presented in the AsiaTradeMart communities?

Upon registration suppliers will be provided with a unique URL and a web site to display their products and company information. Product information will be presented in two levels, so potential buyers are able to choose a product overview, or they can take a closer look at the products in the second level. Q1 How do I subscribe to Trade Winds' print publications?

Subscribing to Trade Winds' publications is easy. First, click on the Publications link, which can be found on the AsiaTradeMart home page or on any of the community portals. Here you will find all the details about each publication, including cost, frequency, and content description.

To subscribe, you can either complete the online subscription form, or you can print out a hard copy version of the form, fill it in by hand, and send it to us by fax.

Q2 How do I renew my subscription?

Please email us at circulation@asiatrademart.com if you would like to renew your publication subscription. You do not need to fill out a new subscription form, as certain discounts may apply to your account.

Q3 How will my subscription be delivered?

All subscriptions are delivered via airmail. There is an extra US$25 fee (per copy) if you would like your subscription sent by courier service.

Q4 What should I do if I need my subscription sent to a different address?

If you change your address, please email us at circulation@asiatrademart.com. You may also mail or fax the changes to us at:
